Ailbhe O’Connor (They/Them)

Ailbhe was working in The Hub in 2019 and is back for its re-opening! They have a lot of experience in the kitchen and during their time in The Hub, has dealt with all sorts of things so don’t be afraid of coming up and asking a question whether you’re lost, confused or anything else!
