Energy balls
Hey guys, so this week I’m going to share with you the recipe for energy balls. They are super simple to make and taste great:) all you need is…….
1 cup of dates
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
method
1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor
2. Blitz ingredients until they look like the picture below
3. roll the mixture into balls
4. enjoy!
