Monday:
- Archaeology Soc Social Night – Whether your the next Richard Hammond, or Mary Anning, all are welcome to come down and mix with other like minded diggers in AC204 on the Concourse @ 19:00
- Cumann de Barra Debate Night – If you prefer digging into facts more than digging dirt, then this debate night is for you. Find interesting discussions and new points of view in AC201 on the Concourse @ 20:00
Tuesday:
- Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security EGM – If your passion lies in saving the planet for all to come then be sure to do your part and make it to the EGM for CCAFS. Its never too late to make a difference, so find out more in the Seminar Room in Aras de Brún behind the Hardiman Library @ 18:00
- DRUMS Collaboration musical “in The Heights”- Witness the combined synergy of Dramsoc and GUMS in a collaboration musical running from Tuesday to Friday in the Bank of Ireland Theater beside Sult. Shows start @ 20:00
Wednesday:
- Filmsoc Surprise Screening – Does the intrigue of discovering a new film interest you? No? How about free pizza then? Either way be sure to drop in to the Darcy Thompson Lecture Hall @ 19:00
- French Soc conversation night – Are you a fan of croissants, Eiffel towers and all things French? Well why not improve you foreign language skills while you’re embracing the french culture? Learn a language and have fun doing it in the Skeff Bar on Eyre Square @ 19:30
Thursday
- Christmas Window Cookie Baking Class – Are you in the Christmas Spirit yet? Come on down and learn how to improve your baking skills , make biscuits and sugar glass along with some decorating, get a ribbon to hang on your tree! Don’t forget to leave some for Santa and his reindeer’s!Tickets €2 in the Socsbox, available Monday 12th – Friday 16th November ONLY
- Writing for Games- Game soc collaborating to hold a workshop where the will examine the writing of the game world and learn a bit about what writing for games is all about. Thursday 19.00 @AC215
Friday
- TGI Friday at the Hub- Head down to our very own Hub where we start off the weekend with a bang! , there will be snacks, games and great tunes! Including our Freestyle Fridays where you’re able to request songs, so come on down and socialize!
Saturday
- Global Lounge- Head down to the Hub for a nice relaxed Saturday where there will be food fun and conversation and a great opportunity to interact with others!!
